In addition I’m also owed 2 CruiseNext coupons which I haven’t received yet. We are both Platinum Plus maybe that's the case, but that's discrimination LOL But of course - I am very much prepared to see those points gone at a later time,  only time  will tell  if NCL let us keep them...

As we all know anyone who sails on more than 2 cruises with NCL is a Latitude member so what is it worth? TBH, I was surprised as heck when they did. Highlights included sightings of manatees and bottle nose dolphins.

This is a night that some parents just sit back and let kids go into lines and load up their plates and eat a nothing from them. I had an April 19 cruise paid in full and decided to wait for NCL to officially cancel it.

Those of you at Platinum+ might not care, but being in a much lower tier I appreciate the gesture! Don't know about those who chose a refund.

We asked an NCL representative as to where we should go but she was too busy talking so we were herded into the LINE. To coincide with the renewed Latitudes Rewards Program, NCL is updating the point structure of each tier. Hoping nobody notices if it is indeed an error. If you sit in the rear of the dining room food is cold and rarely see server or table staff.

Once on Board we were sent to the 12th deck to the Garden Cafe where everyone else was sent. My wife and I are both Gold members so we have been on a few cruises mostly with NCL but this last is one we will remember for a while.

All of those tour operators that meet you at the entrance to the building are certified and have been to school for their profession. The service and perks cost time and money. Meanwhile I’m trying to make sure I receive requested refund in lieu of FCC. I got double points, as did others on my cancelled cruise where I took FCC. It'll be interesting to see what (if anything) appears in my account the day after my now-cancelled June cruise would have ended.

I suspect that this is a computer glitch - esp if the points are showing up after the cancelled cruise would have ended. After several days of the app taunting me with onboard mode, the cancelled cruise disappeared today and points appeared. Don't know about those who chose a refund. They should realize that they are going to need as many of us Platinum/+ cruisers to come back when they start cruising again. It is probably going to be harder and even more expensive to correct it than just let it go.

I am signed up on the NCL website and when I click my cruises it has a latitudes numeber but it says (prospect) I would have thought they would have sent me that info by now?

They are way too busy now-  with other business,   but=   absolutely they know they are being credited into accounts. Once found had to continue into corral area and wait for the small number of custom agents to look at passports and then out of terminal building. Chocolate Buffet: Here is the trick for the Grand Pacific Room: Is everyone with an NCL-cancelled cruise still earning Latitude points on the "completed" cruise, or just those who took the FCC, or was I lucky?

Had Yellow Tag for early off because of the baggage we came on with. The nice thing about new building is the incoming cruisers are on the upper level and those leaving are on the lower level. We took the FCC, and the cruise stayed "active" (although it showed that payment was still needed - even though fully paid) in my online account until the scheduled embarkation day.

Nassau,Bahamas I had been told by NCL NOT to do a private tour but guess what we did and it was extremely professional. Those of you at Platinum+ might not care, but being in a much lower tier I appreciate the gesture! Tour take place on a completely cover pontoon boat. Codeword, is, Shhhh.

Entertainment: This was great went to all the shows: Musicals, comedian, magician and finale, always had a view no matter where you were seated in Stardust Theater. NCL instructed those with these ticket to proceed to 4th floor forward and when we got to the 5th floor which was where our cabin was the hallway was COMPLETELY BLOCKED WITH PEOPLE. It may also be the case that there need to be some Latitudes points to create a Latitudes account (It was a long time ago but I vaguely recall the we did not get a Latitudes number until after our first cruise).

This morning, I looked at my NCL account and discovered that I had been credited the points I would have earned. Damn shame too, that would have bumped us up to platinum.

They finally did and I took the FCC.
